EB3: Got FP Notice ... name correction

Hello Friends,

I received FP notice @ Dallas (me & wife) - ND 2/17/05 - scheduled for 04/01/05
For my wife, all her applications were approved with incorrect first name on it, My Lawyer did provide correct info while submitting (Also he submitted an application for correction - no response yet ) - Its the mistake of USCIS

the FP notice also has the same incorrect first name name, i am wondering will it be a problem for getting Finger Printing ??? Please help

What should i do as precaution ??

Nothing to worry. You can send a leter to USCIS requestin tehm to make the correction. You can also ask your attorney to make this request with uscis.
