EB3 Finger Prints with ND 2004

I called USCIS VSC to notify my change of address on Feb 19, 2005. At the end, I asked representative a question about my Finger Prints when they will send my FP. She told me that they are issuing FPs for cases ND Oct 2003 as of now. As my ND is April 2004, She said it would take another 5 to 6 months.

Mine is EB3 with PD Mar 2001, Concurrent Filing ND is April 2004

how is that possible ? are you referring to ND Oct 2003 ? According to 2004 tracker VSC is issuing FPs for ND April - Aug of 2004... so, I guess yours is in the mail...

What's the point of issuing FP notices to people whose PD > March, 2002 when the 485 application is not going to be processed anyhow? I am referring to applicant in EB3 cat. and from say India.

FP Notices Received.

Folks,

My I-485 ND is 11/05/2004 and I have received the FP notices Today (02/22/05), just wanted to post it if it may be of any use to the members of this fourm.

Then waht is the reason for my FPs are getting delayed? Do I need to follow up with USCIS VSC?

(My case EB3 with PD Mar 2001, Concurrent Filing ND is April 2004)

Please me an advice.
