EB3->EB2 while LC pending?

hi,

My LC was filed as non-RIR in March 2003, and too bad in EB3. I think my application is already shiped to BEC. Is it possible to revise it to EB2?

I think for that you have to change the original requirements, right? I too would be very interested in the answer to this question. I also am in the same situation. Can some one please answer this? PPLLEEAASSEE...
 
one more question, will the original Priority date be kept?

Even if it is allowed...

I do not think so, even if it is allowed...it will be really long time by the time you hear anything...I would suggest it to be left alone, it is not worth it. It is better to get the retrogression move forward and then reap benefits...

I heard congress is going to add 65000 new visas to suppress retrogression. The dates could move forward you never know. Anyway BEC is taking time ....
