Hello friends,
My Eb3 case PD is in Jul 2003 and I am from India. I-140 was approved in Mar 2004 and I filed I-485 in Dec 2004.
In the mean time I filed another I-140 under Eb2 and it is pending. Now I want to switch to new job with similar profile of Eb2 case. Can I switch job as soon as the Eb2 I-140 is approved as I filed my I-485 long back in Dec 2004?
