Hi Folks,
I have a predicament here, hope one of you can help.
I have an offer from an employer and the job description had 'bachelors required, MBA preferred' at the time of interview ( and 3 months before that ). So, they say they can do the PERM processing in EB3 right now. They say that if I get promoted in 6 months to a senior position, they can change the job description to 'masters reqd' and then process in EB2. But Jan next year would be too late I think, since the 485 retrogression might hit EB2 by then.
Given this, is it possible for me to change EB3 to EB2 at that point of time, once I get promoted ? When is the 485 retrogression predicted for EB2 ?
These guys are very reluctant to change the job description right now and proceeding with EB3 is no go for me.
Can you folks please suggest a way out of this ?
I gotta make the decision today. Would greatly appreciate any help.
