Folks,

Any idea when CAN I EXPECT A DECISION on my Case...Please Respond.

Case Details :

EB3-AC21
Labor PD June 2002
I-140/485 - RD - Dec 2003
I-140 Approved - 03/01/05
I-485 Pending ????
 
This fall

I expect the decision to come this fall,
maybe around November.

AFAIK, EB3 numbers are unavailable now,
we have to wait for next (fiscal) year.
 
We are in the same boat

I am going to have a code 2 finger print tomorrow, my wife just had hers two days ago. What worries me now is my name check status, which was still pending based on the reply from FBI.

From what I've heard there is no connection between namecheck status and biometric notice.
 
Even those cases struck in Name Check got biometric notice with code 2. My case is an example for it.

Anything can happen with NSC!!

Could some one please tell him How and where to get information about name check?/status of background clearance?

I had read in one of the previous postings that name check clearance is from several agencies and not just FBI? is this the opinion of this group?
