EB3 - CP question

Hello :
I have my I 140 approved since July' 04. I didnt proceed further since I was getting married in Feb. 05. I have the following questions :

1) Whats the projected time for my CP interview, assuming that I restart my CP in March again?
2) Can I change to 140 + 485 now? If yes, how long would this take?

If you are in EB3, you will have to wait for your PD to become current before you can apply doe AOS OR CP.
