Hello :

NVC has recieved my fees and my lawyer has asked me and my wife to file for 230.

My question is ...
1) Does the retrogression affect me, if no...would the packet be sent to Chennai Consulate and wait there or will it wait before it is sent?

your packet will be sent to chennai but u will have to wait for chennai to schedule your interview till ur priority date in EB3 is available for chennai to schedule it.
