EB3 - Converting from CP to I-485 before Priority Date is Current

Hello Experts,
Is it possible to convert from CP to I-485 before the Priority Date is Current for EB3 cases or in general.

I have filed for CP and my file is in Chennai, and the PD is Dec2003, so can I convert to I-485 now. If so what is the procedure.

Unfortunately you cannot file for I-485, unless your PD is current.
Looks like your case is the one of the fastest ones I've seen so far. Guess only Option is to wait till you get Interview Call.
