EB3 concerned folks- I485 processing

  • I applied my 485 after approval of I140...does this matter in processing dates for I485?
    Does the above speed up or slow the time before they get to my I485?


  • IS I485 processing dependant on primarily on RD or on PD?


  • If my PD becomes current (i.e., for example earlier than the March 2002 Published date) will the I485 be processed or do they wait until I485 RD has to be some specific date?

Yes, both dates have to be current. NSC is currently doing RD of Aug 02 for I-485
