Hi ,
My I485 case was transfered from VSC to Charleston Sc in Nov 2004 . We attended the interview at Charleston SC in July 2005 . Due to the unavailability of visa numbers they could not approve the case . The officer told that I would get the cards in the mail as soon as it is approved . My priority date is June 2000 . I relocated to North Carolina after the interview and gave change of address . I went to charleston office recently to check the status as visa nos are available now for my case . I was told that they transfered the case to chorlette NC .
I just don't know whether they call me for an interview again or approve my case without interview . Anyone had similar experience . Please let me know.
thanks,

I attended AOS interview at Newrak, NJ and at end of interview I gave my new address that is in Maryland to officer. My interview is successful but due to visa number unavailable my case still is in some 'held in Abeyance' and officer told me that my file is going transfered to maryland office.

Officer told me that other interview is not required but I want to make sure and planning to take infopass appointement and check my case is transfred to maryland and other interview required or not?

Did you check with your new local office and asked them about other interview required or not and what is your case status now?
