EB3 Case Approved Under EB2

Hi,
Yesterday I got welcome notice in my mail box. But it is approved under COA E26 and E27 (wife). Then I found E26 and E27 is EB2 cases. Did anyone know what is the legal imlication for this.

My case Detail is
2001 Company A Applied my Labor MS Or equivalent + 3 Year
2003 Company A sold to Company B
2004 Labor Approved
2004 May Company B Applied 140 Under Skilled Labor Or professional
2004 Sep 140 got approved
2005 May 485 Applied by company B
2006 Feb Joined to the client with the legal approval from Company B.
2007 Aug 10 RFE Medical (wife)
2007 October 18 Welcome Notice Under E26.
No LUD changes.. The last LUD was 2007 July 02, July 03


Please suggest me what is going to happen? I sent a detail email to attorney and no reply yet. What will be the legal implication of this? I don't know is that in 485 application can we give category or its only in 140 ?
Any help is appreciated.
 
Check the minimum requirement under the Certified labor copy or the I-140 approval notice....both of them might be in EB2.....

One of my friends, thought he applied in EB3....when he checked with his lawyer...they told him it was indeed EB2 all along....

I do have 140 receipt not the approval and it says Skilled labor or prfessional. My company holds 140 approval copy and I never seen it. But I am sure my labor is eligible for EB2 MS or Eq + 3year Exp.
 
Got Card Today

I would like to share good news that I got card today's mail. My attorney confirmed that its valid.
