Hi everyone,

Finally our cases have been approved last week. Here are the details:

EB3, India
PD: Sept. 1996
RD: Sept. 1999
3 EAD\'s; 3 AP\'s & 2 FPs

Case got transferred from TSC to Atlanta in Aug. 2001. Got interviewed in January 2002. The officer asked us to submit couple of more papers. After we submitted those papers, we received our approval in 2 weeks.

1. Affidavits from my wife\'s parents because her name was not mentioned in the birth certificate.

2. Non-Availability Certificate because I had submitted affidavits inplace of my birth certificate.

Cpb, do you know whether non-availability cert. is mandatory?

Did you talk to your lawyer on this? Is non-availability Cert. is a must with 2 affidavits for all from India or only those with date of birth later than a particular date? I appreciate your answer in case you are still monitoring this site.
