EB3 Approved but have a question

I received two emails one after the other

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

Can I still apply for my wifes 485 as a derivative applicant?
From the 485 application instructions :

If the spouse or child is in the United States, the individual derivatives may file their Form I-485 adjustment of status applications concurrently with the Form I-485 for the principal applicant, or file the Form I-485 at anytime after the principal is approved, if a visa number is available.

This seems to indicate that it should be possible right.?!

At what point does one need to apply through the F2A or Family based immigration petition.
