My PD is 10/99 EB3 and I am hoping to apply for AOS in 3-5 months. I am also eveluating CP and would like inputs from people doing AOS from VSC under EB3.

CP is very fast if ur dates are current, but there is one little risk factor. And that is if it is denied for any reason, u can not appeal. All though I have not seen a single rejection thru CP.
Considering current AC21 a law and the transfer of visa numbers to backlogged country. I hope to see fast 485 adjudication. But well, don\'t take my word for sure when ur dealing with a moster agency called INS. Go find ur own apples and oranges.
