My PD is june '01 , I485 was filed in sept '03. I got an RFE in March '05 and replied to that, CAse Transferred to TSC 2nd March, 2nd FP MAy '07, I called TSC yesterday and they said that they don't see the response to RFE the lady said it may be in the file but she is not sure if they received it she can't look at the file as such . Lawyer says they sent it. How can I track if some one got it. She also said no one has looked at the case since 2005. What can I do? I have an infopass appointment on Tuesday. Could someone please help me and let me know what should be my next step
