Yesterday i received email that my application has been to transferred to PHILADELPHIA, PA service center from Texas.
my PD is end of nov 2001,
So what does this mean, any ideas why would they transfer it to local service center,
anyway as EB3 india has no visa numbers, nothing is going to happen till october i guess
