seems like EB3 140 approval is slower than EB2.
any recent May/06 140 approval?
i ain't going to PP after waiting for 6 months!!!

It is no point applying for PP. I have a gut feeling that it is going to be atleast 8 months because of thanksgiving and Christmas .
I agree it is not fair.. but what to do.. and no point wasting 1000 dollars for it

The following case is approved...

I only noticed couple April/May EB3 approved recently.

1) a user with pd 5/1/06 eb3 approved on 11/7/06.
2) gc_chicago pd 4/25/06 eb3 approved on 11/9/06

According to immigrationwatch website's prediction, I will most likely need to wait till end of december to get any decision.

It is very depressing...

how nice, now they are going back to work on april RDs?
get training how to organize files in chronological order FIRST!

do you guys know how your file is actually picked for review?
recent approvals were people with LUD 7/22, i don't know if this matter.
seems like EB2 approvals are now headed to early June RDs.

yeah, i've seen some EB3 approvals recently, even March/06 PDs.
seems like they are going back to approve ones they missed.
 
I am in the May-06 Queue too.

My 140 normal processing was received by USICS on 05/11/2006.
On September 12, 2006, My attorney converted to PP. No change.
Attorney called USCIS after 15 days and they said they cannot process my 140 through PP because my attorney did not send my original labor certificate.(he told me he misplaced it somewhere)
USCIS sent back the PP request to the attorney and according to my attorney, my 140 went back to the normal processsing Queue.
However, the LUD status still says with the message "Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on September 12, 2006"

I am concerned whether the RD on my 140 has moved to the PP notice date which is Sep-12-2006.

Any comments?

Hi boston28,

LUD --means Last Updated Date

Once you receive the receipt from USCIS you will get the case number . Also you need to create a customer account to keep track of your case changes , follow the link below to create an account .
