I want to share with you guys the good news, that my I-140 is approved on 03/23/05. Here are my details:

EB3 - India
PD - Aug 03'
140/485 - RD - May 2004.
FP done on 03/19/05
 
Congratulations !!! Great. I have two questions.

Is it own labour ?
Did you do fingerprinting two times - FP and Biometrics ?

It is my own labor.
I got the FP notice after 10 months. Code 3. FP and Biometricks. They took my FP and the signature as well
 
Congrats Vermaji,

It looks like offlate there are less people congratulating. I dont think one can blame it on the weekend or to your good luck. It is just that all those applicants having filed before you and much before you, feel awfully depressed.

Being one of them, I know that we wish you good luck ahead too, but definitely go crazy and blame it on the weird way of NSC.
