EB3, 140 and EDA question.

Hi All,

If I filed through PERM thoday in EB3 and got approved what are my options?

Can I file my 140? or even 140 will have to wait till visa numbers progress?

If I can file 140 do I get the EDA card as well so my spouse can work till I get my green card or even the EDA has to wait till I file 485?

You can file the I-140 now.
The EAD and Advance parole can only be filed with the I-485.
Unless you can do concurrent filing then everything can be filed at the same time.

If you are from retrogressed country you cannot file EAD, AP or I-485. .you have to wait till your PD is current for that country.
