EB3, 140 and EDA question. Please help

Hi All,

If I filed through PERM thoday in EB3 and got approved what are my options?

Can I file my 140? or even 140 will have to wait till visa numbers progress?

If I can file 140 do I get the EAD card as well so my spouse can work till I get my green card or even the EAD has to wait till I file 485?

Yes, you can file I-140 now.

No, if you file I-140, you will not get EAD. You have to file I-485 to get EAD. Inorder to file I-485, you have to wait until the dates are current.
