Hello All,
I received an email today saying an RFE was issued on 04/08/2005. I don't know what the RFE is. Here are my case details.

EB3 PD 07/2003 (Retrogression affected country)
I-140/I-485 (concurrent) : ND: 03/15/2004
I-140 RFE: 04/08/2005

Give some more details -- we might guess what the RFE might be.
Ur Education -- 3 or 4 years?
Company -- big or small.
If small how much is the profits
Whats Ur current income and what income does labor certification shows.

Most the the RFE's are on these common grounds.

Lets hope that the RFE is for something small.

Did you get a early fingerprint notice sometime around September? My PD is also July though the ND for my I-140 / I-485 (Concurrent EB3) is 04/22/04.

I completed the finger prints in May.
Ours is a small company <100 employees. Other people in my company who applied earlier got RFE's for financial ability. Most likely it may be the same. I have a Masters here so I don't think it is educational stuff unless my attorney forgot to enclose the degree/transcipt copies
