Hello all,
my EB2-NIW has been approved extremely quickly. They received my applications for concurrent filing (I-140, I-131, I-765 and I-485) on March 10th, and today March 30th I got the approval notice for the I-140.
I sent my application to the Nebraska Service Center.
Anybody has any idea how long could it take now to get the other forms approved, and having the green card ?
I am happy to share my info with the forum:
Not from a retrogressed country. Priority date current.
MS and PhD from top US University
10 j. papers 30 Conference Proceedings 6 Technical report to the Governmental Agency

8 recommendation letters (2 from government agencies, 2 from national labs, 4 from university)

I self-petitioned. I saw an attorney a few times for advices.
