Hi,
Per my earlier posting, my employer told that my application showed denied on web. They are yet to receive hard copy and am just crossing my fingers.

Does 8 years (attorney is using 5.5 years only) + BS in mechanical a problem to apply in EB2 for Software engineer IP technologies?
