A friend of mine whose I-140 was approved back in early Sep. I do not know much about the detail, But what I know about her should be interesting to a lot of people here. Her labor was filed RIR (I think it has to be EB2, right?), her I-140 was filed in Jan. 2004, and her I-485 was filed two weeks after I-140 (the receipt of I-140 was in I-485 files).
If my assumption is correct, she should be considered concurrent and EB2, right? And her I-140 was approved almost two months ago. No news from her about her I-485.
