Our labor is about to be filed, so I have a question for the I140 stage.
My husband has Eastern European 5 year MS degree (no Bachelors, just MS). The labor will be filed with this degree and 4 years of experience. We were thinking to do premium processing for the 140.
Is the Premium processing too risky? Does it generate more RFE's than the regular processing? Will it be safer to wait the regular processing?
Any suggestions are welcome.
