I was wondering what will be the effect of this Priority date on EB2 filers? I have file d concurrently on Dec 31 , 2003 EB2 and my PD is May 2003. Could anybody predict a date for me???
It's said that EB2 will have PD regression in the middle of 2005. At that time, if your I-140 and I-485 get approved, you are home free. If not, you may need to worry then since the date would go back before your PD time.
