I have filed for Labour in EB3 from Vermont in March 2004. I recently received recruitment instructions from the SESA.
Since my labour is in its preliminary stages, I was considering filing labour again via PERM in the EB2 category.
I am hoping that this will be a faster route to GC, in view of the recent EB3 retorogression. Though this will be a bad decision if EB2 retoregresses too for India in the future. Does anybody have any idea of the possibility of EB2 retrogress?
Please advise if re-filing for labour in EB2 PERM is a good approach.
