EB2 VS EB3 in Maine

Friends,
This is for a friend of mine and needs a quick response from you so that it would help in finalizing the ad that needs to go out today.
My friend has a three year commerce degree + an MCA.
Has four years of experience..

The employer says that it would be better to go for EB3 as there will be lesser RFE's. Since my friend qualifies for EB2, which is obviously faster..is in dilemma to choose.
So can you please tell which is a better option. As 3 years degree is more likely to have an RFE, will the MCA help in supporting the RFE successfully? or better file in EB3 and would it also have the same RFE anyway???

I am in the same boat, I have to inform my company too, But EB2 is slow? isn't it?

What did your friend position now ? Did he file in EB2 or EB3?

Cases filed before 2005

As you said nothign will be process in Maine? will it be for the cases filed before Jan 205? was that for Perm rule case? as Perm rule is not coming soon
