Dear community :
I would like to know if it is possible to convert / restart an exisiting GC appliction under EB2 RIR and file under EB1.
Five years ago, I was fresh out from school with a PhD and when I asked the law firm about EB1 it was shot down b/c I was told I did not stand a chance at the NSC (I live in Denver)
However, since then I have more research papers, more patents and made a significant chunk of revenue for my company. I also hope to get good recommendation letters from a diverse set of people in my research area.
I am pretty harsh on myself and I still see the chances of getting EB-1 approved as slim. Still its worth a try, if its possible. I have read in this forum that NSC is rather tough.
.. so awaiting for a few responses before I make my pitch to my company and the law firm.
thanks
