We might have discussed this topic many times. I am still getting confused, probably because the regression of EB2 processing dates.
In the www.aila.org website, they have updated I 140 processing time for the month of November '03. It mentions for I 140 Advanced degree or exceptional ability (including national interest cases), BCIS processing 5/28/02 and for Skilled worker or professional , BCIS is processing 10/15/02.
My GC was filed under EB2 and I have a Masters Degree, does this mean I am in the Advanced Degree or exceptional ability processing line or I am in skilled worker professional line.
I am getting confused, the later option looks attractive!
