EB2 Sep 24th, I-140 not approved, 485 is transfered to Local INS

My 140 not approved and 485 is transfered to Local INS. Mine was EB2 Sep 24 case. CAn you gues why did it happen also have you seen any such case....Please share.....

My FP was done in May, 04 and I didnt change my address. Although my Lawyer had enquired (written) about my I-140.

where did you file your labor? Has your company moved recently?

When did u get that message. Did LUD changed Before you see this message. how did you know that your case has been moved to Local INS office. I'm little curious. I changed my address after filing I-485. So far I have not see any thing like that in my case. Please reply.

I got a letter from INS also email that my case (only 485) is transfered to Local INS. I have no clue why. It was transfered on Dec 1st. I got an email immediately and letter in 2 weeks. Do you guys have seen such case when I-140 is not approved and 485 is transfered. Please suggest....
