Everything clear except final approval.
Transferred from VSC to NSC on Mar 7th.
Spoke to IO on June 20th and found out namecheck pending. I have Finger Printing Notice (CODE 1) today and scheduled next week.

Is this a good sign. Last code 1 completed in Dec 2006, in March 2007 i have code 3 completed.

Any input appreciated

Chill man ;) . You got a substitue Labor and filed at the end of Sep 2005 and now complaining. Code 1 does not expire in 6 months, how you got CODE-1 again? The name check might take long time to clear if it's not already cleared.
 
^+1 --- also the processing is by RD .... at the last check, there were many cases with RD in 2003 and 2004 pending.

Also since you have a sub labor with 2001 PD, it should definitely be current when October bulletin comes out. You are lucky to get a 01 PD.
 
Long story short, my labor with the same company was used by someone else because i am no longer with the company. When i am willing to join back, they have another labor with the same PD.

Typo: Dec 2005 for CODE 1 and it's expired by now i guess.

I am not complaining at all, just trying to get valuable inputs here.

Approved on July 1st:EB2(India) PERM SUb PD:June 2005

My case is approved on July 1st and received letters on July 3rd.My t case is approved at local office and was attended i/v on June last week 2007.On approval letter,the approval date is mentioned is 07/01/2007.Mine is AC 21 case.Got passport stamped on July 5th
