Guys!! an EB2-RIR approval for ND July 19th

Hey Guys,
 I saw anj approval for an EB2RIR Case for July 19th on 2/8..That is a silver lining isn\'t it?
 
Yes, I did

AVM says the same bla.. bla.. 275 day message. I think i got screwed by TSC. They took 3 months to send my receipt. Guys who filed 1-2 months later got NDs before mine. Basically I think the have a LIFO system at the TSC mailroom for late April 2001
 
EB2 RD 05/22 ND 07/20

I am still waiting..same old message every day at AVM..No luck till now! Let\'s see this week. Hope that it will approve soon.

it is a shame

that they dont give it the importance they tell us when we are trying to apply for eb1s eb2 etc
I was under the impression eb1 was the fastest followed by eb2 eb3 etc but all i see now a days are eb3 approvals with a sprinkle of eb1s but noe eb2 rirs
even the cases they are transfering to other centres are eb3 cases. what is wrong with tsc?

 This is my personal opinion but this is what has been always heard about the way INS operates
Basically EB1 guys since they do not have to go through the whole "labor cert" thing the INS 140 officers pretty much hate them. They think there are others who have waited so why give u preference.
EB3 people used to wait a longer time in the last stage so they have the sympathy Moreover the efforts to process EB2 is much higher than EB3. For EB2 they have to ascertain that you really have the reqd qualifications b4 they can adjust your case.

I also heard that they have only a few specialized officers who deal with EB-1 and EB-2 cases, therefore, the whole process is more involved and much slower. For EB-3 they just go through a checklist, hence much faster.

I think that with current PDs, it is much faster to file as EB-3 than anything else.
