In general What is the order that they are follwing at BEC's?

Like..FIFO???..OR jus they r picking up the stuff from RANDOMLY?

Mine is:

NOV 2004 PD..Letter Replied on Mar 2005.Now i'm seriously thinking abt coverting my case to RIR.

Before that want 2 check out wat's goin on with EB2 RIR 2004 Aproovals stuff....
