Is retrogation for priority dates expected in near future [ 6-8 months ] for EB2 also just like EB3 ?

Anything can happen untl 6 months back nobody knew EB3 going to be backlogged. Due to the implementation of backlog reduction and PERM for LC, it will put pressure on EB2 visa numbers.
EB2 retrogression ..
so far no signs of EB2 retrogression. After PERM comes into place and many pending ALCs are approved, then there will be problem. I know many EB2 whose cases are pending for last 2-3 years. They all have a priority date in 2002. so it may create some backlogs after probably 6/05.

EB2 guys can apply concurrently so I-485 will build up irrespective of I-140.
