Does an EB2 ad explicitly have to state that a Masters Degree is required? OR is it enough to just require a BS(comp science) + 5 years IT experience. I am getting conflicting information from different attorneys. One attorney told me that an MS (and not just the equivalent) must be stated in the ad, otherwise 140 will be denied even though PERM will succeed. Apparently, CIS takes the position that advanced degree be mentioned in the ad.
Another attorney told me that BS + 5 years alone will work. Rajiv Ji, Could you pls provide your thoughts ? I would really appreciate it. Thank You
