Is Anyone Fall in this category please share your experiences or any approval ? I didn't see a single person so far, may be some lucky ones are there and rest are the victims of USCIS disorder.

I been thru these stages:

I went to infopass recently and found that my name check is cleared.

I am in same boat as you...

I did status enquiry in Last Nov-2006 and got reply in Feb 2007... they said... records indicate that my application is not ready for approval as Name check pending....

I went to local office ( boston) through Infopass in this month ( June/2007 ) - repeated similar answer as above... still name check pending...

Don't know when it is going to be clear... though officer confirmed it might take from 6 months - 4 years ( some times )..... shocked..
