hi.
i got a question about NIW EB2, please help if anyone can share their knowledge

if i'm working in transportation/traffic safety industry as a R&D engineer with MS degree in Electrical engineeing (4 years experience) and i work in research to improve safety of highway, save lives, reduce pollution, and of course improve US economy. basically, intelligent traffic systems stuff.
our products are used nationwide to prevent traffic collisions, etc.
i also had some research done when i was in graduate school (top 10 school in usa). i can also get letter of recommendation from 2 top research professors from that school.

do you think this is a good case for National interest waiver? thanks for any answer

Generally, any sort of civil engineering mentioned along with NIW makes me shudder. I think, however, that if you are able to obtain a letter from the interested government agency/-ies such as NTSB, I guess, you may stand a chance. Of course, the best thing to do is to consult an immigration attorney experienced in such matters.
