EB2 - Question

Hi Freinds,

I have just noticed that my I-140 is approced under EB2 category, although all this time I thought that I am EB3 (idiot lawyer's mistake).

I don't know whether I will qualify for EB2 yet as I have not completed my MS (Comp. Sc).

I am having roughly about 5 years experience prior to joining this company.

Anyone could tell me, what problems this could pose? How can I make myself prepared, incase of any RFE's.

You still have time to finish up your masters degree while your I485 case is pending .... :D

Seriously speaking, I think it does not matter after your I140 has been approved - unless your case is re-visited during some sort of fraud audit.
 
May be your lawyer used BS + 5 years towards EB2? I don't think BCIS will ever look back at so tiny I-140 details while working on your I-485.
