Eb2 Qualifications

I wanted to know if the experience gained in my home country prior to coming to the US counts for EB2. I worked there for 2.5 years.
I also have like 2 internships in the US.
I have a BS and an MBA from the US.

I get approved under EB2 and my qualifications are Bs (less than 5 yrs exp) and Ms (0 exp).
From what I know, EB2 or EB3 depends on your job qualifications. If your job needs a Ms degree and you got an Ms degree then you will be eligible for EB2. Other than that, you are EB3.
