Hello,I am planning to apply for GC.Our company HR has decided to apply under EB3.The reason they give is that the job description that was used when hiring me required 3 yrs experience.This was 9 months back.I have MS+5 years of experience.
Is it required that company has use same job description from when I was hired.Can any body give me ideas to convince HR and it is ok to apply for EB2 labor certification.
