EB2 Qualification with US Bachelors degree

Hi,

EB2 qualification requires Bachelors degree+ 5 years experience or US masters degree. Please see below

Total 18 years experience
3 year diploma in India + 18 years experience (12 years in USA)
Completed US Bachelors degree on 2009
EB3 PD 08/2004

Would I qualify for EB2 if I apply new PERM and provided it is approved? Did anyone have similar experience to share

Not US masters degree, US-equivalent. It should be an Advanced Degree. Masters is an advanced degree, doesn't have to be from a US institution, but must be evaluated to be equivalent to a US Masters degree.

Anyway, irrelevant to your question, just a correction.

You will not qualify. The 5 years of experience must come after graduation.

In order to qualify under EB2 the job description for which PERM is applied should require a Master's degree as a minimum qualification.
