Some of you know a lot about green cards so i thought why not ask you guys....
I have a BS from India and a MS from US both on Comp. Sc. I started at this job in finance industry and i was one of the 3 programmers. The job requires lot of domain knowledge (finance) and experience in the industry but i got trained on work as it there were a total of 3 programmers. I have been at this company for 2+ years on H1B. The other 2 programmers quit. Now the company does not want to hire anyone else as i am supposed to take care of everything. If they hire a replacement for me it has to be someone who is not a rookie in this field (like i was when i started) because now they only need 1 person who is skilled enough to handle everything...If they hire my replacement who has 0 exp. in the finance industry then the company will be literally affected to a point that its not going to work...
Can the lawyer put up a strong case for me ?
