EB2 - progressive post-baccalaureate experience - RFE

Hi gurus..,

i got an RFE on my substitute labor saying "Letters of experience do not demonstrate that beneficiary accumalted five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Experiance appears to be at roughly the same level of expertise."

Did anyone received same type of RFE?

any suggestions how to respond for this RFE?
