Does anyone know if there are any known statistics regarding the EB2 pilot program? If the program were in effect, one would have expected I140 and I485 simultaneous approvals. In reality, except for some stray cases, we have really seen no approvals. In fact, I140 date has not moved at all for last few months and now backlogs almost a year whereas previously it used to get approved pretty fast.
Is USCIS serious about this program or will this become yet another good idea that is badly implemented? Going by track record so far, will it be fair to say that the pilot has failed?
