I applied for RIR(EB2) on 2004 Aug and my application is in BEC. I am thinking of applying for PERM with out removing my old application. Please help with with the following decisions:
1. I joined my company X immedialy after my Masters. So if I apply for PERM(EB2), it will be with Masters+0 years of experience. Does "0 years of experience" taken into consideration in the approval of PERM. I still have 2 years of H1.
2. Can i apply for PERM with a different company Y and leave my RIR application with company X?
