EB2 (PD -Feb 4, 2004) approved and e-mail notification is not working

USCIS request e-mail notification is not working.
Every day (Morning, afternoon and night) I will log on to the system.
When I logged in November 8, 2007 at 8.12 pm PDT saw LUD on spouse and myself. My Last LUD was on 9/12/07 (On the same day my I-131 approved)

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On November 8, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

On the same day Nov 8, 07 at around 10 PM I went to mail box to see mails. I saw Congressman letter.
and came to know that my NC has been cleared on 10/10/2007

My name check is pending since 08/07/2005.
Done with writing first round letters (Sep 11, 07) to FL, FBI, Senator, congressman, SR and CIS Ombudsman.

did you get welcome or approval message change after the card ordered message?

For me, I got the welcome message and did not get any card ordered or approval emails.

if you can send us the sequence of the message change, it would be great.

LUD on Nov 8th.

LUD on Nov 9, 12 and 13th. No message change.

On November 9, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Waiting for the Card.
