EB2 PD>01/01/2002 from (india, china, phil) any approved?

Since I only see very few cases like that approved either in this forum or in rupnet, I am curious if EB2 is also affected by the so called "retrogression".

Approved on 15th Dec, Submitted FP and photos on 30th Dec, and card has been ordered on 24th Jan.

Why should EB2 cases will retrograte ? when there is no such thing as per visa bulletin?

We are in confused state, Dont make EB2 friends .alos confused...
