If we cautiously observe EB2 Approvals for the last three four days, what I observe is
1) One set of Officers are approving Eb2 based on PD
2) On set is approving Non Concurrent I-140's
NSC dates still says sep 15th 2003 for EB2. I think they are processing first non con current Till Dec 2003. then they will start approving Con current. From Jan 1st 2004 thru May 2004, they already approved EAD,AP AND I-140.
Any take from any one on this.
